Supplements support your goals, but consistent training is what drives real results.   1️⃣ Fresher (New to Gym / 0–3 months) Who they are: Individuals completely new to structured gym training. Characteristics : No formal training experience. Limited knowledge of exercise form, equipment use, and training principles. Muscles, joints, and nervous system are just adapting to resistance.
